The device can track your calories burned, activity level, heart rate, blood pressure, and more.

You can also track your steps and steps per mile.

The app has a very good interface, and I found it easy to use.

It even has a button for changing settings, which I appreciated.

But the fitness tracker itself is pretty basic, so there are a lot of settings to change and a few things that are hard to find.

If you’re looking for a new fitness tracker or just want to get a new one, this is not the right app for you.
