Fitness clubs are becoming increasingly popular in Italy, with a growing number of them opening in cities like Milan, Rome, Genoa, Naples and Rome.
According to the latest research by the Italian Fitness Club Association, the number of clubs in Italy has reached nearly 1,400 since 2010, an increase of 1,000 in just two years.
With more and more clubs opening in recent years, the competition for the best gym has grown.
“With so many gyms being created and so many people coming from all over Italy, it’s a great time for gyms,” said Stefano Caprioli, the founder and CEO of the Italian gym brand, The Club.
For most people, the gym is a place to relax, meet new people and have fun.
But for those with serious fitness issues, the physical activity can be challenging, as well.
The average Italian has about 50 hours of physical activity per week, according to Capriolo, and a healthy lifestyle is essential to maintain a balanced body.
So, to help those with chronic conditions, Caprilli has developed the Fitness Club®.
Its simple to set up and offer gym members the best of both worlds: a place where they can be healthy and active while maintaining a high-level of fitness.
As for the fitness model, Caprisi has found that it’s easy to find the right trainer to suit the needs of anyone with a fitness problem.
The Club has a variety of fitness models and offers the best service of all, with the staff trained in both basic and advanced techniques.
At the end of the day, it is all about the client.
“The Fitness Club is not a fitness training program, but a lifestyle program,” Capriollo explained.
“When it comes to the fitness, we do everything from exercise classes to training regimes to massage to fitness classes to fitness clubs.
There is nothing else you can do.
Every day, we offer a different kind of fitness session for our clients, and every session is different.
The fitness club is a way to meet and make friends with a group of people that can’t be found anywhere else.”
In a recent interview with Sportmediagazioni, Caprili explained that he had to work hard to build up the popularity of the fitness club.
“We were very successful from the beginning, but we had to be very careful about the number and quality of the people coming to the clubs,” he said.
“We had to make sure the quality of people we trained was high and the quality that we brought to the gym was high.
That is why, in the end, we have reached a lot of clubs and have had a lot more clients than we could have expected.”
