The workouts are designed to make it a natural fit for everyone, from beginners to advanced exercisers.

The Planet Fitness+ program includes courses that include exercises like leg raises, squats, dips, deadlifts, and lunges.

NASA announces 10-day fitness-to-work challenge: How to get your brain and body to function at their peak

NASA will start its annual 10-days-of-work-exercise challenge in early May.

The challenge will last three days and will begin with a “cool-down” workout and a “dynamic session” for the week, followed by a final session for the entire year.

“The 10-Days of Work Out Challenge is designed to help get you into shape for the year, but also to give you the flexibility to make the most of your workouts,” said a NASA press release.

It is being launched in conjunction with the National Health and Fitness Council, which is promoting the program as a way to boost fitness and reduce stress.

A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that the 10 days of work-exercises were being hosted by the National Institute of Health.

They are being hosted at the University of Arizona.
